Ashley White grew up in the heart of rural Oklahoma in Newcastle. As the only girl in her family with six younger brothers, Ashley learned early on the value of hard work, resilience, and responsibility. These traits laid the foundation for her leadership style and her ability to manage complex tasks with confidence and care.
Ashley began her journey with AFR in 2020 in the executive office at American Farmers & Ranchers Mutual Insurance Company. In October 2024, she transitioned to the AFR Cooperative team, where she now serves as the Executive Operations Manager. In this key management role, Ashley oversees the day-to-day operations of the AFR Cooperative office, execution of strategic initiatives, organization of events and manages the desk of AFR Cooperative President Scott Blubaugh. Her leadership ensures alignment across teams, operational efficiency, and a strong organizational presence both internally and publicly.
Ashley resides in Erin Springs, Okla., with her husband and daughter. Together, they raise and breed Brahman cattle. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys traveling and shares a multi-generational passion for restoring and collecting classic cars. Her deep-rooted values and wide-ranging experience drive her commitment to making a lasting impact in her community and the agricultural industry.
