President

Scott Blubaugh is the president of American Farmers & Ranchers/Oklahoma Farmers Union, a membership organization representing farmers, ranchers and rural citizens. In addition to his position with OFU, Blubaugh operates a diversified 3,500-acre family farm and ranch.

Vice President

Thomas "Toby" Wallace, 51, was raised in Connerville, Okla. He graduated from Tishomingo High School and later pursued a career in the agriculture and insurance industry. He lives in Stonewall with his wife, Tamara, where their home serves as a meeting place for their three grown children, McKenzie Huitt and husband Mark, Taylor Wallace, and Cody Wallace.

Paul Jackson was elected Secretary/Treasurer in February 2013 to fill an unexpired vacancy and since has been elected unopposed to three full three-year terms.

As the only girl in her family with six younger brothers, Ashley learned early on the value of hard work, resilience, and responsibility. Kaitlyn Bean is a fifth-generation agriculturist from Newcastle, Oklahoma, with a lifelong passion for agriculture. Kaitlyn grew up raising and showing livestock and was actively involved in FFA, where she developed leadership and coordination skills while holding many leadership positions throughout her career.
