Kaitlyn Bean is a fifth-generation agriculturist from Newcastle, Oklahoma, with a lifelong passion for agriculture. Kaitlyn grew up raising and showing livestock and was actively involved in FFA, where she developed leadership and coordination skills while holding many leadership positions throughout her career.
Kaitlyn earned her associate degree in Agricultural Communications from Redlands Community College, where she was a member of the livestock judging team, beef team, and served as an Ag Ambassador. Her background blends hands-on agricultural knowledge with a strong commitment to communication and industry advocacy.
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of all departments and Cooperative programs. This position is responsible for coordinating daily office tasks, supporting interdepartmental collaboration, maintaining documentation, assisting with Cooperative special projects. In her role as Administrative Assistant, Kaitlyn is able to interim several Cooperative roles.
In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys baking, spending time with family and friends, and sharing her love for agriculture with others.
